Glory equals value.
Gold has value. How?
What makes gold bright? Light!
Gold is not bright without light.
Gold has no light.
Gold can not shine without light.
There must be light to make gold bright.
The value of gold comes from the outside. The morning sun beams across the horizon straight and true, until it strikes the top of an elegant gold covered spire. Then and only then gold blazes with brilliance.
What is the glory of God?
It is seen in what He values most: His treasure.
We are His priceless treasure. Gold can not breathe with His breath.
Our value comes from how much we reflect God’s glory.
